Agent Training
TC Training Process – If your agents choose to, they can just go to the training link and access the training there – Agent cannot access training until 30 minutes after they have been entered into the Sales Force portal

A dedicated Training Department is available to you and your agents to help improve the agent’s level of awareness and increase their knowledge in TruConnect’s Lifeline and ACP programs.

Agent Relations
The Agent Relations Department can assist with completing real-time order activations in OEP, swaps or resolve any issues they may encounter during the activation process.
