Review the basic responsibilities of market leadership.

Leadership:

As a leader, you are accountable for your team's performance. This doesn't mean you no longer have individual responsibilities. Every leader should achieve a minimum number of deals weekly. Think of a manager as the quarterback of their team — still active, still practicing, but now in a leadership position.

Leadership Principle:

Leaders should never ask their team to do something they wouldn't do themselves. To earn your team's respect, you need to be alongside them through every challenge, whether it's adverse weather or other obstacles.

Team Performance:

Being accountable for a certain number of weekly deals not only demonstrates leadership but also positively impacts your team's performance metrics. You should be the most reliable producer on your team.

Team Leadership:

As a team leader, you are ultimately responsible for your team's productivity and are expected to meet weekly targets. A weekly stat sheet will be maintained for each team, providing insights into the performance of each team member. Every Saturday, review the previous week's stats with each team member and address any challenges. Each team member's sales targets should be listed on the sales stat sheet, and they should be encouraged to surpass their personal bests and aim for bonuses or promotions. Monitor each agent's daily performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
