Offer Negotiation and Acceptance
- Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a
timely manner.
- Facilitating the acceptance process and addressing any questions or concerns raised by

Onboarding and Training
- Coordinating the onboarding process for newly hired agents, managers, and teams.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Referral Program Management
- Developing and implementing a referral program to encourage employee/independent
contractor/organization to refer qualified candidates.
- Tracking and managing referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with
referrers.
- Recognizing and rewarding employee/independent contractor/organization for successful
referrals.
Handoff to Local Management
As a Staffing Coordinator, I collaborate with local management teams to ensure a seamless transfer of newly hired agents and teams. I provide comprehensive information and updates regarding the recruitment process and candidate status, and assist with the integration of new hires into existing teams. Additionally, I offer competitive compensation packages for digital, residential, retail, B2B, and call center agents. My compensation includes an upfront bounty when a recruited agent, team, or center achieves specific milestones.
