Pre-Trial Shift
- Send a welcoming email to new hires, providing details about the trial shift and what they can expect.
- Use the trial shift to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Include the first-day schedule, directions, parking access, and information about the people they will be working with.
- Request a headshot photo from new hires in advance.
Trial Shift
- Provide a checklist for managers to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience.
- Once the trial shift is completed, send a welcome email and request acceptance of the position.
- Ensure that all necessary contracts, forms, and agreements are signed.

Day 1
